2025 Semi-Annual Summary & Planning Conference Successfully Held

On July 12, Best Garment Group grandly convened its 2025 First-Half Summary & Planning Conference themed "Green, Smart, Global".

This conference served not only as a comprehensive review of the Group’s first-half performance but also as an in-depth strategic planning session for future development. Chairman Jiang Zhongwei and the senior management team attended in person, while factories in Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar participated via video link throughout the event.

At the beginning of the conference, all attendees watched the "2025 First-Half Highlights" video, jointly reviewing the Group’s key achievements and pivotal moments in the first half of the year.Together, they recited the latest corporate mission, vision, and values to deeply understand and internalize the company’s culture.

Plan Coordination

The Chairman of the Group acknowledged the hard work and dedication of all Best’s colleagues.

In the first half of the year, amid sluggish global economic recovery and increasingly intense market competition, the entire Best team united as one,while maintaining steady business growth and making more steady progress in overseas market expansion.

Chairman Jiang emphasized that in response to the accelerated restructuring of global industrial chains and market transformations, the Group will take "technological innovation" as its core driver.

We will comprehensively advance the 2025 Ten Headquarters Projects and three major overseas strategic initiatives, anchored by the principle of "Quality Builds the Foundation" to construct a customer success ecosystem and deepen an equal, open innovation ecosystem.By reinforcing the "Execution Culture" and commitment to action, we will unswervingly pursue the path of green, intelligent, and international development, driving the Group toward sustainable breakthroughs within high-quality growth.

Appointment Announcement

Ms. He Liping, Director of the Administrative Center, announced the new personnel appointments at the conference.This organizational adjustment aims to optimize the structure, energize talent, and further enhance the Group's management efficiency.

Subsequently, a representative of the newly promoted employees delivered a speech, expressing gratitude for the company's trust and pledging to continue striving and contributing their efforts to the company's development.

The representative of the Development Award winners then shared experiences and insights on acquiring new clients, offering valuable references for other employees.

Award Presentation

The award segment of the meeting emerged as a highlight,recognizing teams excelling in business development and performance growth.The New Client Development Award became a focal point, with the Chairman personally presenting bonuses to five representatives who successfully acquired new clients—commended for their outstanding contributions in market expansion and business growth.

Additionally, Business Department1, Business Department3, and Business Department4 were honored with the Half-Year Performance Growth Award for their outstanding performance growth in the first half of the year.These awards not only recognize the achievements of the winning teams but also inspire all employees to strive for excellence and achieve even greater success.

Summary & Planning

Group Executive Vice President Gao Peina emphasized that in the era where AI is reshaping business logic and sustainability has become a consensus, the Group’s steady growth stems from cross-departmental collaboration.She stressed the urgent need for innovation—leveraging AI to drive new initiatives, reshape management approaches, and build a flexible, efficient management system.Simultaneously, we must deliver emotional value, foster bidirectional evolution capabilities, and integrate the "Customer Success" philosophy into daily operations to jointly create a brighter future.

Group Production Vice President Yan Dingliang delivered a comprehensive review and analysis of the Group’s production performance in the first half of 2025.He called on all Best associates—both domestic and overseas—to unite, collaborate closely, and deeply embed the "Quality Builds the Factory" philosophy in their minds.By strengthening quality management, improving efficiency, and expanding production capacity, we will align with customers’ evolving needs.He expressed firm confidence that through collective effort, we will stride toward new glories with even greater determination！
