Foreign Trade Business Manager

1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated team management and business development capabilities.

2. Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills to drive efficient collaboration between business units and other departments.

3. Possess mature business negotiation skills and be capable of leading customer partnerships and key commercial matters.

4. Proficiency in English or Japanese as a working language; strong capabilities in maintaining existing clients and developing new ones; consistently drive business growth.

NO.2

Head of the Foreign Trade Department

1. At least 3 years of experience in international trade of knitted apparel, with a thorough understanding of market dynamics in Europe, the United States, or Japan, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end process from order intake and sample production to manufacturing and shipment.

2. Familiar with apparel products and possess strong order risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

3. Possess experience in managing foreign trade teams.

4. Strong written communication skills in English or Japanese, with the ability to independently handle routine daily email correspondence; fluency in spoken English or Japanese and strong business communication skills are preferred.

Foreign Trade Sales Representative

1. At least 3 years of experience in apparel export order follow-up, with a thorough understanding of knitted garment production and order fulfillment processes.

2. Independently track order progress, coordinate with customers, factories, and internal departments, and ensure timely and quality completion of orders.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as excellent execution ability; meticulous work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility.

NO.4

Foreign Trade Business Assistant

1. Bachelor’s degree; major in International Trade or English preferred.

2. CET-4 or above, with strong reading and writing skills and a solid foundation in spoken English.

3. Assist sales personnel with order data organization, customer communication, and internal coordination.

4. Outgoing personality, strong learning ability, and excellent communication and service orientation.
