In order to recognize in their respective jobs conscientious, hard-working, selfless dedication of outstanding employees. On December 14, 2016, the 4th and 5th outstanding employee commendation conferences of Bede Garment Group were held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of Building B Production Building. More than 10 major leaders including Qin Jiandong General Manager, Yan Dingliang Vice President and Pan Yajuan of the Group Production Center attended the commendation conference.

On December 14, 2016, the 4th and 5th outstanding employee commendation conferences of Bede Garment Group were held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of Building B Production Building. More than 10 major leaders including Qin Jiandong General Manager, Yan Dingliang Vice President and Pan Yajuan of the Group Production Center attended the commendation conference. A total of more than 40 employees were commended. Among them, there were production pacesetters who worked hard on the front line, and technical talents who silently specialized in research. They used the platform of the commendation conference to share technical experience, exchange work experience, learn from each other, and improve together.
Finally, President Qin put forward in his speech: I hope other employees can earnestly learn the spirit of hard work and hard research of the award-winning employees, uphold the company's core values, and create greater value in their respective positions; at the same time, I hope that outstanding employees will play an exemplary and leading role in the final production sprint at the end of the year, marking a successful end to the smooth completion of the group's production tasks before the year.
