Autumn Stroll · First Impressions of Yaohu
Amid the autumn breeze, colleagues boarded a vintage train bound for Yaohu Town. As the carriage glided past golden tree-lined paths, crystal-clear lake vistas, and charming, scattered townhouses, sparkling waters and dappled sunlight danced outside the windows—all setting the stage for a relaxed, cheerful start to their team-building adventure.
Colleagues explored featured scenic spots in pairs and swapped personal stories, letting everyone step back from their busy routines to soak in the tranquil blend of nature and culture.
Warring States Saga · Collaboration to Overcome Challenges
This team-building event centered on the theme of "Warring States Saga," with participants randomly assigned to 7 "Warring States Squads." Each squad crafted unique team names and slogans, gearing up to tackle challenges with full momentum.
During icebreaker games like "Hula Hoop Pass," "Unfalling Forest," and "Relay Golf," participants’ coordination and rapport were put to the test. Throughout the activities, each squad showcased clear role division and seamless collaboration—tasks were completed amid laughter, and bonds deepened with every joint effort, vividly embodying Bede’s team spirit of "united in purpose and effort."
Master Chef Showdown · Camaraderie in the Culinary Haze
As dusk settled, the Master Chef Showdown officially kicked off—a battle of flavors and a heartwarming display of teamwork. Participants were randomly divided into 25 teams, each receiving ingredients and cookware to set up their "cooking challenge" over rural clay stoves.
Building fires, washing veggies, chopping ingredients, stir-frying… Everyone assumed their roles, with even the less kitchen-savvy colleagues pitching in to pass tools, stir pots, or clear tables. Amid swirling smoke, the air buzzed with laughter and clatter, turning the farmstead kitchen into a stage of shared joy.
Flames crackled in the clay stoves, and the air hummed with the aroma of home-cooked meals. Colleagues who’d started as strangers warmed up over shared cooking, filling the space with laughter. Gathering to savor the feast—exchanging bites and praise—they truly felt the warmth of Bede’s extended family.
Campfire Sing-Along · United for the Future
As night fell, the campfire roared to life. Gathered around the flickering flames, colleagues joined interactive games guided by an enthusiastic host. Throwing themselves into the fun, they collaborated seamlessly—chiming in together one moment, reacting with unspoken understanding the next—the air thick with cheers and laughter. Each game tested the teams’ quick reflexes and chemistry, drawing them closer with every shared laugh and synchronized cheer.
A final group sing-along of "Friendship" wrapped up the team-building with a perfect ending, leaving us with this autumn’s warmest memory.
The campfire crackled, melodies lingered—amid laughter and song, we unwound from work stress, strengthened bonds through seamless collaboration, and reaffirmed our team conviction: "Working together to drive progress."
This team-building retreat in Yixing Yaohu Town not only brought joy and relaxation to Best’s members this autumn but also forged a stronger sense of unity through repeated teamwork.
