On March 11, 2026, Xue Yongxing, former deputy editor-in-chief of Xinhua News Agency and director of the Asia-Pacific Branch and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Branch, Cui Yang, general manager of Lao-China United Investment Co., Ltd., and Xaybandith RASPHONE, Ph.D., president of the Lao Garment Association, visited Best Garment Group for inspection and research. Jiang Zhongwei, chairman of the group, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.

The delegation visited Best’s smart factory, digital fabric library, apparel showroom, corporate pavilion, and AI cockpit, among other areas. They observed the intelligent production lines and lean manufacturing processes, gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s innovative practices in intelligent manufacturing, capacity upgrading, fabric R&D, full-industry-chain deployment, and AI-powered design, production, and operations. The delegation highly praised Best’s modern and efficient production system and gained a direct sense of the group’s core strengths in globalization, digitalization, and green development.

The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on industrial development, market coordination, and other matters, reaching a shared vision for future growth. This visit has established an efficient communication channel between China and Laos.
