The launch meeting adopted a "main venue + branch venues" format, with the main venue set up at the group headquarters and branch venues established at the factories in Yunnan, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia, as well as the Hong Kong company. Through the Feishu connection, all domestic and overseas factories were ensured to participate in the meeting throughout.

At the meeting, Jiang Zhongwei, Chairman of Best Garment Group, delivered a speech. He highlighted the rationale behind Best’s adoption of Feishu: As digitalization accelerates globally, Best must keep pace with the times and actively drive its own digital transformation. By leveraging advanced platforms and software, the group aims to enhance its intelligent capabilities, elevate overall competitiveness, and achieve a remarkable shift from a traditional manufacturing enterprise to a high-tech smart manufacturing one.

Feishu, he emphasized, is a critical component of Best’s digital transformation journey. It is the key tool capable of addressing internal communication inefficiencies, optimizing work processes, and boosting efficiency within the group. Specifically, Feishu enables instant and efficient communication, strengthens collaboration across departments, improves work efficiency, and facilitates paperless, intelligent, and highly effective office operations.

From now on, the group will fully support the rollout of Feishu. Chairman Jiang encouraged all employees to actively engage with the platform, explore its innovative applications, and share their insights and best practices.

Zhou Hongyu, Head of Consumer Brands at Feishu, shared Feishu's value proposition with the audience, delivering a presentation themed "Returning to the Essence of Management: Empowering Organizations with Tools."

Feishu Corporate Efficiency Consultant Wang Ting provided a detailed introduction to the Feishu project, covering key aspects including project objectives, promotion and incentive plans, team structure and collaboration mechanisms, as well as potential risks and mitigation strategies. She also conducted the first comprehensive training session on Feishu's practical applications for all employees. During the event, the inaugural recognition and commendation of recent winners of the Feishu Active Application Awards were announced.

This launch event marks both the starting point of the partnership between Best Garment Group and Feishu, and another significant milestone in Best's journey to master advanced management concepts, optimize business collaboration processes, and accelerate digital transformation.
