On September 18, the groundbreaking ceremony for Best Apparel Group's Phase II factory in Cambodia was held with great pomp and circumstance, marking a solid and pivotal step forward in Best's global expansion journey.

Albert Tan, Vice Chairman of the Cambodia Textile, Garment, Footwear, and Bag Association; Chek Borin, Minister of Labor of Siem Reap Province; Li Kunying, Secretary-General of the Cambodia-China Apparel and Textile Association; Lu Wenming, Chairman of Heng'an Yida Construction Co., Ltd.; representatives from the local district chief and village chiefs were invited to attend this grand event. Yan Dingliang, Vice President of Best Clothing Group, and Shen Yan, General Manager of the Laos Factory, along with their respective teams, jointly witnessed this significant moment.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Albert Tan, Vice Chairman of the Cambodia Textile, Garment, Footwear, and Accessories Association, delivered a warm and enthusiastic opening speech. He highly praised Best Garment Group for its positive contributions to the development of Cambodia’s textile and apparel industry, while expressing great expectations for the construction of the second-phase factory. He wished the project a successful completion, hoping it would create more opportunities for local economic growth and employment.

Following this, Chek Borin, Minister of Labor of Siem Reap Province, delivered a speech. On behalf of the Siem Reap Provincial Government, he warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked Best Garment Group for its investment, while pledging unwavering support for Best Garment Group’s various initiatives in Cambodia. Amidst rousing music, the host solemnly announced: "The groundbreaking ceremony for Best Garment Group's Cambodia Phase II factory officially begins!" Leaders and guests then moved to the foundation area, where they jointly participated in a dignified and meaningful soil-pouring ritual. Each person carefully placed earth—symbolizing hope and the future—into the foundation trench. This solemn and sacred moment not only marks the official start of construction on Best Garment Group's Cambodia Phase II factory project but also signals that Best, armed with its global vision and unwavering strength, is once again poised to write a new chapter of brilliance as it embarks on its journey "toward the world."

Best Apparel Group's Phase II factory in Cambodia marks a significant milestone in Best's global expansion journey. It will feature a state-of-the-art, smart factory spanning over 50,000 square meters, equipped with 60 intelligent production lines and designed to accommodate 3,000 employees. This project will fully propel the industry toward智能化 (smart) and sustainable development, while also establishing a green, eco-friendly factory.
